💜 Yahuah Loves You!

"For Yahuah so loved the world, that he gave his only brought-forth Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." — John 3:16

📖 READ

Yahuah is our Heavenly Father, and He loves you very, very much! He loves you more than you can imagine. He loves you so much that He sent His Son, Yahusha, to save you.

Because Yahuah loves us, He gives us instructions - special rules that help us live good, happy, healthy lives. In Hebrew, these instructions are called Torah (sounds like "tor-AH").

Think about it: Do your parents give you rules because they don't love you? No! They give you rules BECAUSE they love you! The same is true for Yahuah.

💜 Remember: Yahuah's instructions are like a love letter to you. He tells you how to live because He wants you to be safe, happy, and close to Him!

🧠 REMEMBER

1. Who is our Heavenly Father who loves us?

2. The Hebrew word for Yahuah's instructions is:

3. True or False: Yahuah gives us rules because He loves us.

📜 What Are Yahuah's Instructions?

"Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path." — Psalm 119:105

📖 READ

Yahuah's instructions are found in the Bible. They teach us many wonderful things:

  • The Sabbath - A special day to rest and be with Yahuah (every 7th day)
  • Clean foods - Which foods are healthy for our bodies
  • The Feasts - Special days to celebrate with Yahuah
  • Be kind - Love your neighbor as yourself
  • Be honest - Always tell the truth

These instructions are like a flashlight in the dark! They show us the right path to walk so we don't stumble or get lost.

When you're walking in a dark room, a light helps you see where to go. Yahuah's Word is like that light - it shows us the right way to live!

🌟 Yahusha Showed Us How!

"Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil." — Matthew 5:17

📖 READ

Yahusha is the Son of Yahuah. He came to earth to show us how to follow Yahuah's instructions perfectly!

Some people think Yahusha came to get rid of the instructions. But Yahusha said, "No! I didn't come to destroy them!" Instead, He came to:

  • Show us how to follow them - Yahusha kept the Sabbath, ate clean foods, and kept the Feasts!
  • Save us when we mess up - When we break Yahuah's instructions, Yahusha forgives us
  • Give us power to obey - The Holy Spirit helps us follow Yahuah's ways

Yahusha is our example! We should try to live like He lived.

💜 Remember: Yahusha didn't break any of Yahuah's instructions. He followed them all perfectly and wants to help us follow them too!

❤️ We Obey Because We Love!

"If ye love me, keep my commandments." — John 14:15

📖 READ

Why do we follow Yahuah's instructions? Is it to EARN His love? No! Yahuah already loves us! We follow His instructions because we love Him back!

Think about it this way:

  • You clean your room to make your parents happy - because you love them!
  • You share your toys with your brother or sister - because you love them!
  • You follow Yahuah's instructions - because you love HIM!

Following Yahuah's instructions doesn't MAKE Him love us. He already does! But it shows HIM that we love Him.

Imagine you gave your mom a gift. You didn't give it to make her love you - she already loves you! You gave it to SHOW her you love her. Following Yahuah's ways is like giving Him a gift!

🧠 REMEMBER

1. Yahusha said, "If you love me, keep my ."
2. We don't obey to earn Yahuah's love. We obey because we:

Him!
3. True or False: We have to earn Yahuah's love by being perfect.

🗣️ RETELL

Tell someone: Why do we follow Yahuah's instructions?

Draw a big heart and write inside it one way you can show love to Yahuah:

🙏 When We Make Mistakes

"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." — 1 John 1:9

📖 READ

Nobody is perfect! Sometimes we make mistakes. Sometimes we break Yahuah's instructions. What do we do then?

Here's the good news: Yahusha forgives us!

When we mess up, we should:

  1. Admit it - Tell Yahuah we did something wrong
  2. Say sorry - Ask Yahuah to forgive us
  3. Try again - Keep trying to do better!

Yahuah doesn't expect us to be perfect. He just wants us to keep trying and keep trusting in Yahusha!

💜 Remember: Yahuah's grace (undeserved kindness) doesn't mean we can do whatever we want. It means He helps us and forgives us when we truly try to follow Him!

🧠 REMEMBER

1. When we confess our sins, Yahuah is faithful to:

us
2. After we say sorry, we should keep:

3. True or False: Yahuah expects us to be perfect all the time.
