Dinosaurs Were Created on Day 6
When did Yahuah create dinosaurs? The same day He created all the other land animals - and the same day He created humans! Day 6 of Creation!
Genesis 1:24-25
"Then Elohim said, 'Let the earth bring forth the living creature according to its kind: cattle and creeping thing and beast of the earth, each according to its kind'; and it was so."
Dinosaurs were "beasts of the earth" - land animals. They were created on Day 6, just like cows, dogs, lions, and humans.
Did You Know?
The Hebrew word tanniyn appears 28 times in the Bible! It's translated as "dragon" or "sea monster." This word refers to large reptilian creatures - what we now call dinosaurs!
Everything Was "Very Good"
Genesis 1:31
"Then Elohim saw everything that He had made, and indeed it was very good."
When Yahuah finished creating, everything was perfect - including dinosaurs! There was no death, no fighting, no animals eating other animals. Dinosaurs were part of Yahuah's perfect creation.
Fun Fact!
Genesis 1:21 says Yahuah created "great sea creatures" - in Hebrew, this is "tanninim hagedolim." These were the large sea reptiles like plesiosaurs and mosasaurs!

Adam Named All the Animals
Genesis 2:19
"Out of the ground Yahuah Elohim formed every beast of the field and every bird of the air, and brought them to Adam to see what he would call them."
Adam named ALL the animals - including dinosaurs! If dinosaurs had died millions of years before humans, how could Adam have named them?
No Death Before Sin
Here's a really important verse:
Romans 5:12
"Through one man sin entered the world, and death through sin."
Death came into the world because of Adam's sin. This means there was NO death before Adam sinned! So dinosaurs couldn't have died "millions of years ago" before humans existed - that would mean death came before sin, which contradicts the Bible.
Did You Know?
Originally, all animals - including T-Rex! - ate plants (Genesis 1:30). Sharp teeth don't prove meat-eating. Pandas have very sharp teeth but eat bamboo. Fruit bats have sharp teeth but eat fruit!

People around the world have painted and carved pictures of dinosaurs:

- The Ica Stones from Peru showing people with dinosaurs
- Bishop Bell's brass from 1496 showing accurate sauropod dinosaurs
- Dragon legends from every culture in the world

Yahuah Describes Behemoth
In Job chapter 40, Yahuah Himself describes a creature called "Behemoth." This isn't a legend - Yahuah is showing Job a real animal!
Job 40:15-17
"Look now at the behemoth, which I made along with you; he eats grass like an ox. See now, his strength is in his hips, and his power is in his stomach muscles. He moves his tail like a cedar."
Why Behemoth Can't Be an Elephant or Hippo
Some people say Behemoth was an elephant or hippo. But look at the description:

Picture This!
A cedar tree trunk can be 6-8 feet wide! Neither an elephant tail (like a rope) nor a hippo tail (8-inch stub) is anything like a cedar. But a Brachiosaurus tail? Now THAT'S like a cedar!
Made "Along With" Job
Notice that Yahuah says He made Behemoth "along with" Job - at the same time as humans! This proves dinosaurs and humans lived together.

A Whole Chapter About Leviathan!
Job chapter 41 is entirely about a creature called Leviathan. This is the longest description of any animal in the entire Bible!
Job 41:19-21
"Out of his mouth go burning lights; sparks of fire shoot out. Smoke goes out of his nostrils, as from a boiling pot and burning rushes. His breath kindles coals, and a flame goes out of his mouth."
Wait - Fire-Breathing?!
Yes! The Bible describes a creature that breathed fire! Is this possible? Consider the bombardier beetle - a tiny insect that produces a 212°F (boiling!) chemical spray to defend itself. If a little bug can make something that hot, couldn't Yahuah design a larger creature to produce fire?
What Leviathan Was Like
- Armored scales - "Shut up tightly as with a seal" (v. 15-17)
- Couldn't be captured - "Can you draw out Leviathan with a hook?" (v. 1)
- Fire from mouth and nostrils - Smoke and flames (v. 18-21)
- Glowing wake in water - "He leaves a shining wake behind him" (v. 32)
- "King over all the children of pride" - Most fearsome creature (v. 34)
Interesting!
Every culture in the world has legends of fire-breathing dragons. China, Europe, Africa, the Americas - everywhere! If these creatures never existed, how did every culture independently invent the same idea?

Here's something most people don't know:
Important Fact!
The word "dinosaur" was invented in 1841 by scientist Richard Owen. Before 1841, people called these creatures DRAGONS!
Same creatures - different names!
Dragons in the Bible
The Hebrew word "tanniyn" (dragon) appears 28 times in Scripture:

"In that day Yahuah... will punish Leviathan the fleeing serpent... and He will slay the dragon (tanniyn) that is in the sea."

Dinosaurs Were on the Ark!
Genesis 6:19-20
"And of every living thing of all flesh you shall bring two of every sort into the ark."
Noah took two of EVERY kind of land animal - including dinosaurs!
But Weren't Dinosaurs Too Big?
Here are three facts most people don't know:
- The average dinosaur was about the size of a sheep!
- Noah would take young animals, not giant adults
- The Ark was HUGE - 510 feet long, 85 feet wide, 51 feet tall!
Only about 50 dinosaur "kinds" needed to be on the Ark. Plenty of room!
The Flood Made the Fossils
The global Flood explains dinosaur fossils perfectly:
- Billions of creatures buried rapidly
- Dinosaurs found in "death poses" (drowning)
- Marine and land animals buried together
- Massive fossil graveyards worldwide
Amazing Discovery: Soft Tissue!
This Changes Everything!
In 2005, Dr. Mary Schweitzer found soft tissue in a T-Rex bone! Blood vessels, blood cells, and proteins were still there!
This is IMPOSSIBLE if dinosaurs died 65 million years ago. Soft tissue can't last that long!

Life After the Flood
Dinosaurs survived on the Ark, but the post-Flood world was very different:
- Climate change - Ice Age after the Flood
- Less oxygen - Harder for big creatures to breathe
- Less food - Vegetation hadn't fully regrown
- Human hunting - People killed dangerous ones
Job Knew Dinosaurs!
Job lived after the Flood (he was the 4th generation after Noah). In Job 40-41, Yahuah describes Behemoth and Leviathan as living creatures that Job could see! This proves dinosaurs lived after the Flood.
Gradual Extinction
Dinosaurs didn't die in one day from an asteroid. They slowly went extinct over centuries - just like woolly mammoths, dodo birds, and saber-toothed cats.
Dragon Slayers!
Stories of heroes killing dragons (like St. George) are probably real accounts of people hunting the last surviving dinosaurs!

LESSON 8: THE LIES WE'RE TOLD ABOUT DINOSAURS

The "65 Million Years" Lie
You've probably heard that dinosaurs died "65 million years ago." But here's what they don't tell you:
Problems with "Millions of Years"
- Soft tissue - Can't survive millions of years
- Carbon-14 - Found in dinosaur bones (impossible after 100,000 years)
- DNA fragments - Still found in bones (breaks down completely within 1 million years)
- Proteins - Still present (should be long gone)
Problems with Dating Methods
The dates scientists give for dinosaurs come from radiometric dating. But these methods have big problems:
- They assume decay rates never changed
- Results that don't fit are thrown out
- Different methods give different dates
- Carbon-14 is found where it "shouldn't" be
Think Critically!
Scientists don't measure millions of years - they assume millions of years, then interpret the evidence based on that assumption. When you start with the Bible, the same evidence points to a young earth!
