They Are His Feasts, Not Jewish Feasts

"Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, Concerning the feasts of Yahuah, which ye shall proclaim to be set-apart convocations, even THESE ARE MY FEASTS." Leviticus 23:2

Yahuah did not say "Israel's feasts." He said "MY feasts." These are appointed times (moedim) set by the Creator for ALL who follow Him. They are not cultural traditions. They are not ethnic customs. They are prophetic appointments that reveal the entire plan of redemption from start to finish.

Spring Feasts: Fulfilled at the First Coming

Passover (Pesach)

Fulfilled on exact day

Yahusha, the Lamb of Yahuah, was sacrificed on Passover. The lambs were being slaughtered in the temple at the same hour He died on the stake.

1 Corinthians 5:7, John 1:29

Unleavened Bread

Fulfilled on exact day

His sinless body in the grave. Leaven represents sin. He had no sin. His body did not see corruption. He was the unleavened bread of life.

1 Corinthians 5:8, Acts 2:27

Firstfruits

Fulfilled on exact day

Yahusha rose from the dead on the day of Firstfruits. He is the firstfruits of those who have fallen asleep. The resurrection happened on the exact feast day.

1 Corinthians 15:20, 15:23

Shavuot (Pentecost)

Fulfilled on exact day

The Spirit was poured out on the exact day of Shavuot. Fifty days after Firstfruits, the Spirit descended with tongues of fire. Three thousand were added to the assembly that day.

Acts 2:1-4, Acts 2:41

The Pattern: Exact Day Fulfillment

If the spring feasts were fulfilled on their exact calendar dates...

Passover
Unleavened Bread
Firstfruits
Shavuot
Yom Teruah
?
Yom Kippur
?
Sukkot
?

...then the fall feasts will be fulfilled on their exact calendar dates as well.

Fall Feasts: Unfulfilled. Point to His Return.

Yom Teruah (Feast of Trumpets)

Next to be fulfilled

The last trumpet. His return announced with a shout and the voice of the archangel. This is the next feast on the prophetic calendar.

1 Thessalonians 4:16, 1 Corinthians 15:52

Yom Kippur (Day of Atonement)

Awaiting fulfillment

The final Day of Judgment. The high priest entered the Most Set-Apart Place once a year on this day. Yahusha, our High Priest, will render final judgment.

Hebrews 9:27-28, Leviticus 16

Sukkot (Feast of Tabernacles)

Awaiting fulfillment

Yahuah dwelling with His people. The word "tabernacle" means to dwell. This feast pictures the millennium and eternity, when He dwells among us permanently. Nations that refuse to keep Tabernacles in the millennium receive no rain.

Zechariah 14:16-19, Revelation 21:3

Tabernacles Still Required in the Kingdom

"And it shall come to pass, that every one that is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall even go up from year to year to worship the King, Yahuah of hosts, and to keep the feast of tabernacles." Zechariah 14:16
"And it shall be, that whoso will not come up of all the families of the earth unto Jerusalem to worship the King, Yahuah of hosts, even upon them shall be no rain." Zechariah 14:17

This is future tense. Nations that do NOT keep Tabernacles receive no rain. If the feasts were abolished at the cross, why are nations being punished for not keeping them in the kingdom? The feasts are eternal appointments. They were not nailed to the cross.

The Target Date

The fig tree generation maximum: 1947 + 80 years (Psalm 90:10) = 2027. Yom Teruah 2027 is the appointed time based on this calculation. If the pattern of exact day fulfillment holds, the Feast of Trumpets in 2027 is the most scripturally supported window for His return.
