Statement of Faith
Our complete theological foundation based on Scripture alone, Torah obedience, and faith in Yahusha the Messiah
Table of Contents
1. Authority of Scripture
We believe the Bible (consisting of the 66 books of the Old and New Testament) is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of Yahuah. It is our sole rule of faith and practice, containing everything necessary for salvation and godly living.
We reject all traditions, creeds, and ecclesiastical authorities that contradict or supersede Scripture. The Word of Yahuah stands alone as our final authority.
2. Nature of Elohim (God)
We believe in one Elohim (Yahuah), the Creator of heaven and earth, who is eternal, omnipotent, omniscient, and omnipresent. Yahuah is the one true Elohim, and there is no Elohim besides Him.
We understand Yahusha the Messiah as the Son of Yahuah, the express image of His person, through whom all things were created and by whom we have redemption.
3. Yahusha the Messiah
We believe Yahusha is the promised Messiah, the Son of Yahuah, who became flesh to redeem mankind. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, died as a sacrifice for our sins, and was raised from the dead.
Yahusha is currently seated at the right hand of Yahuah, interceding for us as our High Priest, and will return to establish His kingdom on earth.
4. Salvation by Grace Through Faith
We believe salvation is by grace through faith in Yahusha the Messiah alone, not by works of the law. However, true faith produces obedience to Yahuah's commandments as evidence of genuine salvation.
Salvation does not abolish the law but establishes it in our hearts through the New Covenant, enabling us to walk in obedience to Yahuah's ways.
5. Torah - The Law of Yahuah
We believe the Torah (the Law of Yahuah) is eternal, perfect, and good. It has not been abolished but fulfilled in Yahusha, who enables us to walk in obedience to Yahuah's commandments through His Spirit.
The Torah remains our standard of righteousness and our guide for holy living. We reject the false teaching that grace has replaced obedience.
6. Sabbath and Appointed Times
We believe in observing the seventh-day Sabbath (Saturday) as commanded by Yahuah, and the biblical feasts and appointed times (moedim) as perpetual ordinances for all believers.
These appointed times are not merely Jewish customs but Yahuah's appointments with all His people, pointing to His plan of redemption.
7. Sacred Names of Yahuah and Yahusha
We believe in using the Hebrew names Yahuah (יהוה) for the Father and Yahusha (יהושע) for the Son, as these names carry the meaning and character of the Almighty.
The name Yahusha means "Yahuah is salvation," testifying that Yahuah Himself is our Savior.
8. End Times and the Remnant
We believe we are living in the last days and that Yahuah is calling out a remnant people who keep His commandments and have the faith of Yahusha.
Yahusha will return to establish His millennial kingdom where Torah will be the law of the land.
9. Resurrection and Eternal Life
We believe in the resurrection of the dead - the righteous to eternal life and the wicked to eternal condemnation. The righteous will be raised when Yahusha returns to establish His kingdom.
10. Practical Holy Living
We believe believers should live according to biblical standards of holiness, including modest dress, biblical diet (avoiding unclean foods), and separation from worldly practices that contradict Scripture.
Our lives should reflect our faith in Yahusha and our commitment to walking in Yahuah's ways.
